Brio is an excellent publisher if you are unsure of the process. Brio handles nearly all aspects, to design, editing, printing, distribution and marketing. You simply upload your content and they do the design for you. They offer personalized service, with a variety of options in hardcover and paperback. They currently accept a variety of files, but they do not accept Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, or Publisher. They do, however accept various Adobe files, as well as PDF's. They also can handle embossing and foil stamping. They distribute to Barnes & Nobles, Borders, and amazon.com. Brio is a great site to use if you want a lot of assistance for your project.
